All Little Unicorn products are backed by a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty. If you experience any quality issues (outside of normal wear and tear) related to the construction of the product within 120 days from the time of purchase, we will issue a full refund or credit. You will not be responsible for the return shipping cost on damaged/defective items. To start the process of returning your defective item, please refer to our Returns page here. 

After 120 days, we offer store credit for any defective items covered by our limited warranty.  Please reach out via email to info@littleunicorn.com with the following information to start the process for your return:  

  • Your order number and date of purchase  
  • A picture of the damaged portion of your product(s) 
  • A picture of the product labels or the UPC code on the box      
  • Any additional details about the defect  

A team member will respond with additional instructions to finalize your store credit.
