Our goal is to design and manufacturer beautiful, high-quality products that you and your family will enjoy for years to come. If you have a quality issue with any of our products, please reference the guidelines below regarding our returns process.
Processing a Return
- If you are not happy with your item for any reason, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or store credit.*
- If your product has a manufacturer defect, you can return it for a full refund or credit within 120 days. See full Warranty details here.
- Please note: if you are returning a sale item, the refund amount will be of equal or lesser value to the price at the time of purchase.
- Please allow 7-10 days for your refund/credit to be processed after the item is received in our warehouse.
- Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. If your order is already processed or shipped, you will need to start a return below.

What do I do if items are wrong or missing?
Please email us at info@littleunicorn.com and we will quickly issue a credit or replacement.
Can I return a product directly to Little Unicorn if I purchased it through a third-party retailer?
Unfortunately, no. Please work directly with the retailer from whom you purchased the item.
Who is responsible if a package is “undeliverable” or lost?
Little Unicorn is not responsible for lost/stolen packages or packages deemed as Undeliverable or “Return to Sender”.

* When returning an un-damaged item, the original shipping charge will not be refunded and the return shipping amount will be deducted from your total refund.
