How much do you charge for domestic shipping?
We offer FREE shipping on orders with 2 or more items where the order value greater than $20 (within the contiguous US). We also offer FREE shipping on orders greater than $75 regardless of the number of items (within the contiguous US).

How long does it take for my order to ship?
Our distribution center ships Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). A standard order for in-stock merchandise typically processes and will be on its way in 1-3 business days. An expedited order placed before 9 PM (PST) during a regular business day will ship next business day. Orders placed after 9 PM (PST) or on weekends or holidays, will ship within 2 business days. When will I receive my order?
Transit times in the U.S. can vary depending on your location and the carrier. Standard orders should arrive in 7-10 business days. Expedited orders will vary depending on the service selected. For example, if you placed an order before 1 PM (PST) on Friday and selected 3-day shipping, you would receive your order on Wednesday the following week barring any Monday holidays.
Is Little Unicorn responsible for delivery delays?
Little Unicorn is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for any shipments including Priority and Express shipping options. Once the package has been dispatched, we are not liable for any damaged, delayed, or lost packages.
What is an undeliverable address?
Undeliverable addresses include incorrect/insufficient address, missing P.O. box numbers, refused items, or packages marked Return to Sender.
Is Little Unicorn liable for returns related to undeliverable addresses?
Little Unicorn is not liable for any returns due to undeliverable addresses. We reserve the right to charge additional fees for any reshipments due to lost packages or packages returned back to the fulfillment facility. All orders considered lost, damaged, or delayed must be addressed within 10 days of the most recent tracking scan or delivery date.
What do I do if I accidentally enter the wrong shipping address for my order?
All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping addresses. Any requests for address changes will be attempted, but NOT GUARANTEED.
Do you accept international orders:
Yes! We ship almost anywhere in the world. International shipping costs vary by country and order weight. This amount is calculated at checkout. International sales are final and no returns will be accepted.
How much does it cost to ship internationally?
International shipping rates vary widely and will be calculated at checkout. In addition to standard shipping rates, international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. The recipient of the order (you) is the importer of record and is responsible for all import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country
Does Little Unicorn collect international duties, taxes and/or clearance charges for international orders?
Little unicorn charges sales tax and/or other applicable taxes required for your region or country.
You will be billed customs and duties charges upon receipt of your goods. These charges are not from Little Unicorn and we cannot provide any information on the specific charges you can expect upon receiving your goods. Customs policies differ from country to country, so please reach out to your customs office if you have any questions!
How long does it take for an international order to arrive?
Depending on the location and each country's postal procedures, your order can take up to 4 weeks to arrive. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you
