I loved the item I received I’ve always loved them. However my item got lost in transit and I tried contacting customer service over email as I couldn’t find a number to call several times and got no answer. My last resort was to send them a message through social media and sure enough I got a response. After days of trying. I got sent a replacement. But days ago my sister in law asked me to purchase some quilts for her baby girl and I did and after a week they still have not shipped either. I won’t be purchasing again from this website the quality is amazing but they have poor customer service.
