The Mother's Day sale will end on Monday, May 13, 2024 at 11:59pm MDT.

 

Do I need a discount code to participate in the Mother's Day sale? 

There is no need to manually enter a discount code. The discount code is automatically applied at checkout and applies to your entire order (except for Daily Deals aka "Today's Deal" and Gift Cards).

 

Are Sale Items (items listed at a discount on the website) eligible for the sale discount?

Yes. The discount applies to all items on the website (except Daily Deals and Gift Cards), including Sale Items.

 

What is the Mother's Day sale discount this year?

The Mother's Day sale discount is 30% off your entire order with free shipping within the contiguous United States on orders with 2+ items.

 

Are Gift Cards eligible for the Mother's Day sale discount?

Gift Cards are not eligible for the Mother's Day sale discount.

 

Where does the free shipping on orders with 2+ items offer apply?

Free shipping on orders with 2+ items ($20 minimum) will be available anywhere within the contiguous United States.

 

Are Sale Items (items listed at a discount on the website) returnable or refundable? 

Purchases of Sale Items are final and will not be accepted for returns or refunds

 

May I apply the discount to items I purchased previously?

Per our policy, the discount cannot be applied to previous orders.

 

May I cancel or change an order once it has been placed?

Due to our process and the warehouse system we use, no changes can be made to an order once it is placed. Although your order might show as processing, it has dropped to our warehouse and the information has been submitted, processed and the paperwork printed. It is among hundreds of other orders and we are unable to retrieve an order for changes due to that.

 

Do you cover shipping fees for returns or reorders?

Except for the case of damaged or defective products, we do not cover any shipping fees on returns and reorders.
