Refund policy

Warranty

All Little Unicorn products are backed by a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty. If you experience any quality issues (outside of normal wear and tear) related to the construction of the product within 120 days from the time of purchase, we will issue a full refund or credit. You will not be responsible for the return shipping cost on damaged/defective items. To start the process of returning your defective item, please use the link below.

After 120 days, we offer store credit for any defective items covered by our limited warranty.  Please reach out via email to info@littleunicorn.com with the following information to start the process for your return:  

  • Your order number and date of purchase  
  • A picture of the damaged portion of your product(s) 
  • A picture of the product labels or the UPC code on the box      
  • Any additional details about the defect  

A team member will respond with additional instructions to finalize your store credit.   

Returns

Our goal is to design and manufacturer beautiful, high-quality products that you and your family will enjoy for years to come. If you have a quality issue with any of our products, please reference the guidelines below regarding our returns process.

Processing a Return

  • If you are not happy with your item for any reason, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or store credit.*
  • If your product has a manufacturer defect, you can return it for a full refund or credit within 120 days.
  • Please note: if you are returning a sale item, the refund amount will be of equal or lesser value to the price at the time of purchase.
  • Please allow 7-10 days for your refund/credit to be processed after the item is received in our warehouse.
  • Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. If your order is already processed or shipped, you will need to start a return below.

dadada Baby Product Returns

To qualify for a refund, items must be sent back in new, unused condition. All returns will incur a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund. If your product has been modified in any way, it’s unfortunately ineligible for return. Learn more

International Returns

All international sales are final and no returns can be processed. This is due to the additional tax and fees to ship and receive product internationally.  If your order arrives defective or damaged, please reach out to our team and we will issue a refund.

FAQs

 

Do you cover shipping fees for returns or reorders?

You have the options to purchase 'Free Returns + Package Protection' via REDO when you are checking out. If you choose to opt out from this we do not cover any shipping fees on returns and reorders, except for the case of damaged or defective products.

 

What do I do if items are wrong or missing?

Please email us at info@littleunicorn.com and we will quickly issue a credit or replacement.

 

Can I return a product directly to Little Unicorn if I purchased it through a third-party retailer?

Unfortunately, no. Please work directly with the retailer from whom you purchased the item. 

 

Who is responsible if a package is “undeliverable” or lost?

Little Unicorn is not responsible for lost/stolen packages or packages deemed as Undeliverable or “Return to Sender”.
