How long does it take for my order to ship?
Our distribution center ships Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). A standard order for in-stock merchandise typically processes and will be on its way in 1-3 business days. An expedited order placed before 9 PM (PST) during a regular business day will ship next business day. Orders placed after 9 PM (PST) or on weekends or holidays, will ship within 2 business days. When will I receive my order?
Orders ship from southern California. Transit times in the U.S. can vary depending on your location and the carrier. Standard orders should arrive in 7-10 business days. Expedited orders will vary depending on the service selected. For example, if you placed an order before 1 PM (PST) on Friday and selected 3 day shipping, you would receive your order on Wednesday the following week barring and Monday holidays. :)
What if the item I want is out of stock?
There may be times when a specific item is unavailable. To receive notification when the item will be back in stock you can submit your email by navigating to the product page using the field provided.
How much does shipping cost?
To provide the best rates, we select from multiple shipping carriers including FedEx, DHL, UPS, & USPS. Rates will vary with the method and service you select (i.e. Ground, 3-day, 2-day, & Overnight) and will be calculated at checkout.
Do you accept International orders?
Yes, we do. We're excited about our international customers and provide the most reasonable shipping rates we can. Like domestic orders, international shipments use calculated shipping rates. Many countries have customs, duties & taxes, and/or clearance charges that you will be responsible for. To help offset possible additional costs, international shipments will receive a 10% discount off the calculated shipping amount. Please note that international orders can take 2 - 4 weeks to arrive at their destination. This time will vary by location and each individual country’s postal procedures.
